Hi my name is Forest and I have just started a band new blog centered around living in a frugal way. The thing I love about this spaghetti sauce recipe is that firstly it is very very simple. It is very cheap. I used to feed myself all week on a similar recipe, when I was very low on money. It can be easily changed to create various different sauces. For sxample just add kidney beans and chilli powder to make a chilli. Add curry powder to create a simple curry. It cna be served steaming hot over spaghetti, penne, rice, noodles. It can be used for pizza, lasagne, stuffing peppers….. quite simply I love this sauce.
