Guess how the day started itself out? Really rainy. I wanted to sloth the day away but I remembered I need to check out new brands of laptops for my next review and forced myself to get out of bed and have a decent breakfast. As I ate tuna sandwich and drank straight from the milk carton, I watched from our kitchen window how grade school children walked their way in wet-horror to school. I wonder how the heck they’re suppose to focus on what the teacher’s saying if they’re all cold and sits on damp skirts and pants. Anyway, after breakfast, a hot shower (freezing still) and after taking out my freaking pink umbrella from my sister, I plunged out into rain and wind and got pissed. Rainy days are just not my days, I hate it. Why can’t everyday be consistent sunny, bright and freakin’ dry? It’s uncomfortable walking with the hems of your pants soaking with water and dirt.

As I was walking towards the bus stop (taxi’s all full because everyone else doesn’t want to get soaked like me) I noticed a totally crowded shop across the road. There was a baroni clearance sale and despite all the gloom and rain, shoppers can’t get over all of the stuffs on sale. I guess with the recession and all, everyone’s looking for cheaper stuffs now. Can’t blame them though, I even set myself to find a cool but cheaper laptop than the ones I usually aim for. I salute all those mothers, ladies (old and young) and men who support sales for promoting cost-cutting and such. That’s what we need these days, really, saving money and thinking of what we need to prioritize on our everyday lives.

Anyway, I’ll continue this post later and make updates on my trip to the techie shop and the laptops I saw and checked out. Hope my net’s going to be fine again, can’t afford to have errors on the connection, need an article to be submitted before the day ends. ‘Till next time, guys.
